These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of the agreement between you and AMA Studio Interiors. By accessing our website and/or making a purchase from us, you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or choosing to purchase any of our product or service. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, then you must not use our website or purchase our products or services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. The current Terms and Conditions will always be shown on our website and it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any change to these Terms and Conditions, then you must stop using our website or purchasing our products or services.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All our prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST (unless otherwise specified). Payments are processed in Australian dollars via Wix.com Inc. We do not permanently store you credit card or bank information and will not be liable for any damages or loss if you card is used fraudulently. Prices for each of our products are subject to change without notice.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES OR OMISSIONS
We do our best to ensure all information available on our website is accurate. Unfortunately on some occasions our website could be incorrect, out of date or inaccurate to some degree. We will correct these potential errors as quickly as we possibly can after we have discovered them. We reserve the right to update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, even after you have placed your order.
Some of our products are handmade or made from natural or organic materials and as such you can expect some minor variations in the design, colour and tones of the materials between the product image(s) and the product you receive. These variations are not considered as a fault or error and if you decide to return your product(s) it will be classified as a change of mind. Please see our returns policy for more information.
We endeavour to ensure colours are displayed accurately on our website but you need to be aware that colours may appear differently on different displays and screens. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available on our website are accurate, complete or error-free, nor do we make any warranty about the standard or quality of any of the products offered on our website.
We do our best to maintain accurate quantities on the website but there may be rare occasions where a product has sold out prior to your order being received resulting in us not being able to fulfil your order. If this occurs we will contact you by email or phone and offer you a refund or suitable alternative. We reserve the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch for any reason and we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to let you know. If we have to cancel your order we will issue a full refund to you.
We ship our items through a number of delivery partners, couriers and private sub-contractors.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order as well as its destination. Delivery fees will be displayed during the checkout process and included in the total price of your order. Delivery fees are based on delivery to the front door of a ground floor.
For products that are in-stock, we make our best to dispatch orders within one to six business days of the order being placed. This may vary at certain times. For pre-orders or customised products lead time will be displayed on our website. Delays to your delivery may happen for reasons that are outside of our control and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may result from these delays.
Please note orders are usually dispatched as a whole. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order products, the in-stock product(s) will be sent at the same time as the pre-order product(s). If you would like the in-stock product(s) to be sent earlier, please place separate orders or contact us to discuss prior to placing your order.
We will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to your product(s) after delivery. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided during the checkout process.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, please include a physical address when placing an order.
On some occasions we may need to contact you regarding your delivery, please ensure the email address and contact number you provided to us are correct.
Our delivery partner may leave a card at your address and you will be required to pick up your product(s) from an Australia Post outlet or contact the delivery company to arrange for redelivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations. For international deliveries, please contact us and we will send you a delivery quote.
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct when placing the order. If a package is returned due to your address being incorrect, you agree that you will be paying for the additional shipping fees incurring from the redelivery of your product(s).
If our delivery partner has been unable to deliver your package after 21 days or 2 attempts (whichever is first), we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be reimbursed the amount of your order, minus the delivery and handling fees incurred by us.
OUR REFUND POLICY
Change of Mind
If you are not 100% happy with your product or simply changed your mind, you may return it to us within 15 days of the date you received it and get a full refund. You must first contact us by email at email@example.com we will let you know how to proceed. You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs; this includes the costs of shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping back to us, regardless of any promotion offer that may have been applicable at the time of your order.
Your product must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition. This means it must not have been used, assembled, damaged or washed. Products must be returned secured in their original packaging.
The following items are excluded from our change of mind refund policy:
‘Made to order’, ‘pre-order’ or customised products
If your return is in accordance with our returns policy, we will refund your order, less shipping costs as explained above, within 30 business days to the initial payment method that you have used.
If you wish to exchange your product(s), simply return your product(s) in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order.
We do our best to ensure our products are shipped and received in great condition. If you receive a package and the box/parcel appears to be in a damaged condition, you should take a few good quality photos showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery from the delivery driver and contact us within 24 hours or as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you discover a product is damaged once you have opened the package or that any part is missing, please take a few good quality photos and email these to email@example.com along with a description of the damage within 24 hours of receiving it. We will work with you to find an outcome that satisfies you. If you need to return the product(s) to us, the cost of the return will be paid by AMA Studio Interiors. This does not apply for:
Damage arising from improper assembly or modification
Damage from abnormal use
Damage to packaging only
Damage occurring during your own handling and transportation of the product(s)
Minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish
Minor imperfections or superficial blemishes
Imperfections that were mentioned in the product description
Normal wear and tear on vintage products: vintage items are sold in ‘as is’ condition
Wrong product delivered
In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong product to you, please contact us as soon as you can (ideally within 24 hours of receiving your delivery) at firstname.lastname@example.org, if your complaints are valid, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you. We will ask you to return the incorrectly shipped product to us we will pay for the cost of the return. This does not apply for minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish.
RESELLING OUR PRODUCTS
Unless we have given you written authorization, you are not permitted to resell or distribute our products.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
You may link to our website as long as you do so in a way that is fair and legal, and doesn’t damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not suggest any form of association or endorsement by AMA Studio Interiors where none exists. We reserve the right to request that you remove any link to our website at any time and for any reason. You agree to immediately remove any link to our website upon such request.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND BLOG
The purpose of our social media pages and blog is to provide inspiration and information. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from the content of what we post. You are welcome to share our content but without attribution or claim it as your own.
Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights for all material on our website (including but not limited to its look and feel, logo, photographs, images and text). All intellectual property rights are reserved.
VIRUSES AND HACKING
You must not knowingly introduce viruses, Trojans or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful to our website. You must not attempt to access to our website without our written authorisation.
We do our best to ensure that our website is virus-free, but we cannot guarantee it. We will not be liable for any loss of damage caused by a virus or other technologically harmful material that may occur due to your use of our website. We recommend you to have an up-to-date virus checking software installed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
